We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation. We reserve the right to charge for consistent no shows.
Telehealth Visits
We offer Telehealth follow-up visits for those individuals who are unable to come into the office for an appointment but need to be seen.
For first time patients, we can arrange a Telehealth Visit based on your presenting problem. However, please know that we may need to physically see you in person. We can schedule this on a case by case basis.
Inclement Weather
In general, we do not close the office for inclement weather. If you are unable to keep your appointment due to weather, please contact our office prior to your appointment.
