Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We encourage you to contact your insurance company prior to your visit. Final determination of the amount you will owe will be determined by your insurance company once services have been provided and we submit your claims. Your insurance will let us know when they process the claims what your final balance will be. You will receive a bill at that time. Please keep in mind that co-pays are due at the time of service.
